The second edition of the satellite meeting will be held at Koti Resorts, Himachal Pradesh, India on ‘Materials in Focus’ from December 15-17, 2023. This is the second such meeting organized by the Fluorescence Society of India. The first satellite meeting was held in Trivandrum, Kerala to celebrate the 50 years of the invention of Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy. This year the meeting will be by-invitation-only satellite meeting to be held after FCSXIV. Approximately, 25 leading researchers who connect light and matter from all over the world and anequal number of senior Ph.D. students, post-doctoral fellows, and young faculty members from India will take part in the satellite meeting. The meeting will consist of talks during the morning and evening sessions, and free wheeling discussions during the extended lunch breaks.
